Align is an adult dance & fitness company located in College Station, Texas. Our goal is to bring adults high-quality dance & fitness classes in a positive & encouraging environment. We strive in helping individuals reach his or her goals in both dance & fitness.
With our unique design, we allow participants to choose if they would like to take classes virtually or in person.
Align welcomes all ability levels and encourages participants to try new class formats weekly!

Meet the Team!

ELIZABETH ANDRIC
Owner
Elizabeth Andric is the founder of Align Dance & Fitness. Elizabeth began dancing at the age of 2 and has been teaching dance and fitness classes for the past 10 years. Elizabeth has experience working with and training students of all ages and abilities. She has taught in multiple studios and fitness facilities in the Southeast region. This has allowed Elizabeth to develop a wide range of knowledge on how to best provide services to her clients. It's her hope and dream to see people reach new goals and discover movement of different forms. Elizabeth is also the ballet coordinator at Expressions Dance & Music located in BCS. There you can find her instilling the love of dance with children ranging from preschool-12th grade.

ISABEL M.

Hello, my name is Isabel Marcos Noriega and I am a freshman at Blinn College! I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I studied under the Royal Academy of Ballet until Intermediate pre-pointe with Allegro Ballet of Houston as well as 10 years in the Danmar Academy of Dance. My high school dance career consisted of two years on the award winning team Crimson Cavalette Drill Team from Tompkins High School. My repertoire of knowledge of dance is: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Drill team, Pom, Lyrical, Kick, Flamenco, Belly dance, Hip-Hop, and a little bit of Tap and acrobatics. My ideology of dance has always been to express oneself through their own individuality!

KOURTNEY B.
Workshop Instructor
Kourtney Bassett is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) and serves as the Employee Wellness Coordinator at Texas A&M University. She is a loyal, dynamic, courageous individual who aspires to empower others through a culture of wellbeing. Teaching and practicing Pilates is her favorite expression of creative movement and she continuously seeks opportunities to continue her education in fields related to health and wellness. Her professional education and training includes a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, a Master of Science in Health Education, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, all of which involve studies related to health, wellness, and administration. As someone who enjoys taking on challenges, she hopes that her lifelong endeavors will allow her to leave a positive mark on the world.

SHANNON E.
Workshop Instructor
Howdy! My name is Shannon Engle and I am a Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2022. I am currently studying Biochemistry with a minor in Public Health and Psychology. I have been teaching group fitness since 2018. I quickly fell in love with the community that is formed in group fitness and the ability to spread the love of fitness and wellness to all. I love to learn and continue growing as an instructor at the Texas A&M Rec Center as you can find me teaching a variety of classes weekly. When I am not teaching, I love to cook, hang out with friends, and spend time with my family. Cardio Dance/Zumba is definitely my favorite class, so please come and dance your heart out with me when you see my name on the schedule!

ANNA T.
Workshop Instructor
Anna is the Fitness Director with Recreational Sports at Texas A&M. She has lived in Texas for almost 5 years and moved there from Virginia for her job. Anna obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Development and later her master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. She worked for two years in corporate fitness before deciding to pursue her master’s degree and a career working in collegiate recreation. She has worked in the fitness industry for 11 years now, is a Certified Health Coach and recently obtained her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2019. Anna teaches to share her passion for movement and helping others, as it has helped her. Her favorite formats to teach are Kickboxing, Barre, and Yoga. Her goal is to create memorable experiences where every individual can feel successful, have fun, and feel empowered in their fitness journey.
